摘要
近年来,民办高职院校已经成为我国高等教育的一支生力军。由于民办高职院校的办学经费紧张,教师的薪酬、福利待遇等方面与公办高职院校有一定差距,部分青年骨干教师离职,给学校造成损失,影响教学质量。本文试图运用美国管理学家马斯洛的"需求层次理论",结合民办高职院校实际,分析探讨民办高职院校教师激励机制,找出激励措施和对策。
Non-governmental vocational colleges have become an important new force in high educational system of China recent years. However, due to their financial deficiency in school management and the considerable gap in the salary and welfare of teachers between the non-governmental and state-run vocational colleges, some key members of the outstanding young teachers quit their jobs from the non-governmental colleges, causing great loss to the colleges and worsening their teaching quality. This paper analyses and discusses the incentive mechanism for teachers in these colleges and attempts to seek for the incentive measures and solutions, by resorting to the Hier- archy of Needs theory of Maslow's and taking into account the reality of these colleges.
