摘要
进一步提升高校管理人员自身素质,提高工作效率,建构更全面、更有人文关怀的管理人员新状态关系到人才培养质量和高等教育科学发展。由于人员专业化水平还处于一个较低的层次,主要表现为知识结构不合理、专业意识尚未充分体现、专业能力没有得以发挥、专业自主权利尚未实现等。要求从管理人员的选拔,发展,培养,监督各个方面抓手,寻找全方位提升素养的路径。
Improving college management personnel' self-quality , increasing efficiency and constructing more comprehensive and hu- manistic group are the key part in the quality of talent cultivation and the scientific development of higher education. The education per- sonnel is still at a lower level, which mainly is reflected in unreasonable framework of knowledge , failing to fully embody professional awareness and show professional skill, to realize the rights of professional autonomy. Management personnel should seek for the path in order to improve comprehensive quality from the perspectives of personnel selection, development, cultivation and supervision.
