长3储层复合防垢剂的筛选及性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 针对长3储层注水结垢问题,选取9种防垢剂测试了其在不同温度和加量时的防垢效果,通过正交试验优化了配方组成,考察了防垢剂在地层水和注入水的混合水样中的防垢效果。优选出复合防垢剂SCA的配方组成为:w_((PPMA))∶w_((PMPA))∶w_((PASP))=1∶2∶2。在70℃、加量为30mg/L和55℃、加量为15mg/L时,复合防垢剂在地层水中的防垢率分别为97.94%和98.50%;55℃下在不同比例的注入水和地层水的混合水样中加入15mg/L的SCA未见垢产生。 Due to the serious scaling problem of water-injection well in Chang 3Reservoir,9anti-scaling inhibitors were selected for evaluating the anti-scaling effect by using high salinity formation water as medium at different temperatures and dosages,and the formulation composition was optimized by orthogonal test.Its anti-scaling effect of the selected inhibitor on the mixed samples of formation water and injected water was evaluated.The optimal composition of the selected anti-scaling inhibitor is as followings:w(PPMA)∶w(PMPA)∶w(PASP)=1∶2∶2(mass ratio),the inhibition rate of optimal inhibitor reaches 97.94% at 70℃ with the dosage of 30mg/L and 98.50%at 55℃ with the dosage of15mg/L,respectively.No scale is produced in the mixed water sample with 15mg/L of SCA at different mixed ratio of injection water and simulated formation water at 55℃.
