含硫双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对文昌油田油水性质及现场工况条件,设计开发出了适用于现场的含硫双咪唑啉季铵盐类缓蚀剂,并进行了电化学和高压动态评价试验,评价了含硫双咪唑啉类缓蚀剂在气田模拟产出液环境中控制CO_2腐蚀的效果。试验结果表明,缓蚀剂SJ-2能很好地抑制X70钢在饱和CO_2介质中的腐蚀。 As Wenchang Oilfield WC13-1/2is at the high water-cut stage currently,the currently used corrosion inhibitor is unable to adapt to the changes of the oilfield fluid production,water-cut,pressure,temperature and flow velocity in the submarine oil transportation pipeline,therefore,it is imperative to optimize the performance of corrosion inhibitor.Based on the property of the oil-water and the working condition in the Wenchang Oilfield,the corrosion inhibitor of sulfur quaternary ammonium bis-imidazoline that is applicable in oilfields is designed and developed.The static and dynamic corrosion evaluation experiments are carried out on the inhibitor for CO_2 corrosion control in simulated produced fluid.The result shows that the corrosion inhibitor SJ-2 has excellent corrosion resistance of X70 steel in saturated CO_2.
