摘要
在高校应用型转变的背景之下,应用技术技能型人才的培养越来越重要。如何提高学生的实践创新能力,提高学生的应用技术能力,成为高校在应用型转变过程中非常重要的一个环节。文中从学生第二课堂出发,探索以项目为载体,构建大学生科技创新团队,从团队成员选拔、政策制定、团队建设、项目指导和评价、项目应用等系列环节进行了尝试,探索了建设大学生创新团队的有效方法,探索一种新的人才培养模式,有效地提高了学生的自学能力,分析问题、解决问题的能力,提高了学生的团队协作能力,提高学生的专业技能和职业素养,提高了学生的自学能力、实践能力、创新意识,以及团队协作能力。
Under the background of application-oriented transformation in universities, the cultivation of applied technical and technical talents is becoming more and more important.
