摘要 动臂是折臂式随车起重机的重要部件,其设计质量直接影响整机的工作可靠性。为实现动臂轻量化设计,提出了基于有限元技术与拓扑优化方法相结合的折臂式随车起重机动臂快速设计方法。通过该设计方法最终得到优化后的动臂拓扑结构及应力分布。结果显示:优化后的最大应力符合设计要求,而质量较优化前降低15.1%,验证了该方法的实用性和有效性,同时表明了该轻量化设计方法在机械产品设计中具有很好的使用价值。 The swing arm is an important part of the folding-jib lorry-mounted crane, and its design quality directly af- fects the operation reliability of the entire crane. To realize the lightweight design of the swing arm, the paper puts forward the rapid design method for the folding-jib lorry-mounted crane based on finite element technologies and topological optimi- zation methods. The design method is used to finally get the optimized swing arm topological structure and stress distribu- tion. The result shows that the optimized maximum stress is consistent with the design requirement, and that the'mass de- creases by 15.1% after optimization, proving that the method is feasible and effective. The lightweight method can be widely applied in designing mechanical products.
