摘要
以港珠澳大桥墩台吊具受限吊装工程实例,基于Ansys的应力强度、刚度位移及面外失稳的结构设计计算分析,得到薄弱区域和应力分布规律等力学性能,为优化拓扑吊具结构尺寸和形状及提高吊装稳定性起到了重要作用。
With the limited hoisting works of the pier sling of HK-Zhuhai-Maeao Bridge as an example, the structural design and calculation analysis is performed for Ansys-based stress strength, rigid displacement, and out-plane buckling to get the weakness zone, stress distribution rule, and mechanical performance, which plays an important role in optimizing the size and shape of the topology sling structure and improving the lifting stability.
