摘要 目前管状带式输送机大多采用单向输送物料的运输方式,即上管承载段运料,下管回程段空运,如回程段能运料,不仅能解决多条输送机搭接问题,还能提高输送效率,减少投资成本和占地面积,减少人力成本、能源消耗等。结合管状带式输送机特点探究双向运料工艺布置,驱动装置、翻带装置、拉紧装置等关键设备的设计技巧。 At present, the one-way conveying type is mostly adopted for most tubular belt conveyers, with the bearing section of the upper tube for conveying and the return section of lower tube for air lift. If the return section can convey the material, it could solve the lap problem of multiple conveyors, improve the conveying efficiency, reduce investment cost and land occupation, and decrease labor cost and energy loss. Considering the characteristics of the tubular belt conveyor, the paper introduces the two-way conveying process arrangement, as well as design tactics of drive device, belt turning de- vice, tension device, and other key devices.
