Development and application of DP intelligent module of control algorithm

DP智能模块具备独立编程功能,可以将PLC控制算法移植到该模块,实现对Profibus-DP总线数据的实时处理。该模块硬件部分主要由主控制器单元、Profibus-DP从站单元和辅助接口单元组成,软件部分开发了智能模块数据监控软件,方便实现算法程序的编译、下载、调试。该模块已成功应用在圆形堆取料机的控制系统中。

The DP intelligent module is provided with independent programming functions, carl transplant PLC control algorithm to the module and realize real-time processing of Profibus-DP bus data. The module hardware is mainly composed of the master controller unit, Profibus-DP slave station unit, and secondary interface unit. The intelligent module data mo- nitoring software is developed for the module, in favor of compiling, downloading, and debugging of the algorithm routine. The module has been successfully applied to the control system of the circular stacker reclaimer.
