摘要
现代堆垛机正朝着多样化、高速化和高层化的趋势发展。为了适应这种发展趋势,堆垛机越来越多采用双立柱结构形式。文中通过对一种双立柱式堆垛机结构进行传统力学计算研究与有限元分析以及对试验数据进行分析对比,探索了一种双立柱式堆垛机的结构分析方法,为双立柱堆垛机的设计提供了参考。
The diversified, high-speed, and high-rise stacker is the trend of modern stackers. To adapt with such trend, more and more stackers are provided with the double-column structure. The paper presents the traditional mechanical calculation study on the double-column stacker, performs finite element analysis, and analyzes and compares the test data, and describes the structural analysis method for the double-column stacker, providing reference for designing the double- column stacker.
