摘要
针对目前传统谐波齿轮传动中存在的轮齿干涉以及应力分布不均匀的现象,介绍了一种可以改善该问题短齿双圆弧谐波齿轮的传动齿廓。然而,短齿双圆弧谐波齿轮在加工中易出现加工问题,导致实际啮合效果不佳。为此,提出了根据齿廓法线法对刀具进行设计与优化并利用虚拟现实法完成谐波齿轮的虚拟加工,指导实际加工过程,大大提高了谐波齿轮加工的成功率,并通过理论设计与实例分析结合验证了虚拟加工的可行性。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional harmonic gear drive including interference of tooth, une- ven stress distribution, the paper introduces a gear tooth profile designed to improve the short-gear biarc harmonic gear. Nevertheless, the short-gear biarc harmonic gear is prone to processing problems, resulting in unideal fitting effect. To solve this problem, the tooth profile normal method is proposed to design and optimize the tool, and virtual processing is re- alized for the harmonic gear with the virtual reality method to guide the actual machining process, which can greatly improve the success rate of the harmonic gear processing, and verify feasibility of virtual processing through theoretical design and example analysis.
