摘要
起重机在港口装卸作用中起着举足轻重的作用,但一些港口起重机的抗风能力不容乐观,风灾事故频发生。为提高港口起重机的防风能力,文中通过收集近半个世纪国内外典型的风载事故案例,从风载原因、设备缺陷和安全管理三方面进行分析,研究港口起重机风载事故的机理,为后续针对港口起重机防风性能评估提供理论依据。
Crane plays an important role in the port handling process, but some port cranes have limited anti-wind ca- pacities, prone tO frequent accidents caused by windstorms. To improve the anti-wind capacity of port 6ranes, the paper in- troduces and analyzes some typical wind-load accidents at home and abroad in recent 50 years in respect to wind load cause, equipment defect, and safety management, and studies the mechanism of wind load accidents of port cranes, provi- ding theoretic basis for evaluating the .anti-wind performance of port cranes.
