摘要
对塔式起重机起升制动系统进行了研究,通过改变泵排量及控制方式,可实现无蓄能器制动,从而提高起升制动响应时间,减少发热量,减少系统故障率。
The lifting brake system of the tower crane is studied in the paper. The accumulator-free braking can be re- alized by changing the pump displacement and control mode, which can improve the lifting brake response time, reduce calorific value, and minimize the system fault rate.
