摘要 研究了颗粒状活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化剂对丙烯酸正丁酯的合成工艺过程研究并建立其反应动力学。在合成工艺研究中,以活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,以丙烯酸正丁酯的收率为评价指标,在单因素实验基础上,利用Box-Behnken响应面法对合成过程工艺参数进行了优化,得出最佳的合成工艺条件:醇酸摩尔比1.4∶1,催化剂加入量6.5%,反应温度120℃,反应时间2.8 h,在此条件下进行5次平行实验,得到产品平均收率为96.4%。 The n-butyl acrylate synthesis process research was carried out by granular activated carbon immobilized p-toluene sulfonic acid catalyst and its reaction kinetics was discussed. The single factor experiment was used for analyzing the product yield with activated carbon immobilized p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst and as evaluation index in the study of n-butyl acrylate synthesis process. Synthetic process parameters were optimized and the optimum synthetic process conditions were obtained through the Box-Behnken response surface : mole rate of acid to alcohol of 1.4: 1, catalyst dosage of 6.5%, reaction temperature of 120℃ and reaction time of 2.8 h. The product yield of n-butyl acrylate was 97.5 % in the synthetic condition carried out five times parallel experiments.
