防振条对蒸汽发生器传热管完整性的影响分析 被引量:10

摘要 以二代加压水堆核电厂蒸汽发生器(SG)为例,分析了防振条组件对SG传热管完整性可能产生的影响。分析表明:发现防振条自身扭转、防振条与传热管之间的间隙、防振条的下插深度等对传热管的完整性影响较大。为提高传热管在役运行的可靠性,防振条的设计中对防振条组件(AVB)与SG传热管之间的设计间隙应作充分的考虑,避免在装配时对管束和AVB施加异常外力并确保同组AVB的下插深度一致。 The anti-vibration bars are critical to the integrity of tubes for steam generator during operation. Taking the steam generator of Generation 2+ for example, the potential effects of anti-vibration bars on the integrity of SG tube is analyzed. It is concluded that the anti-vibration bar twist, the gap between anti-bibration bar and tube, and the insertion depth of the anti-vibration bar are very important to the tube integrity. Based on the conclusions, optimizations are proposed to make the tubes more reliable during operation.
