摘要
对电炉一精炼一浇注轧辊生产工艺进行系统分析,并对各工序产生夹杂物的原理及其危害进行研究,提出铸钢轧辊夹杂物控制措施。通过合理控制初炼炉的终点碳含量,选用合适的脱氧剂提高脱氧能力或使夹杂物变性优化,提高精炼渣吸收夹杂物的能力,优化熔炼工艺,减少大尺寸夹杂物并改善其在钢中的分布,实施LF、VD精炼技术,提高了轧辊的纯洁度和使用性能。
A casting roll production process with electric fumace-refining-pouring was analyzed, and the principle of inclusion occurrence and its harm in each process were studied, cast steel roll inclusion control measures are put forward. By controlling the goal carbon content of original melt electric cooker, the deoxidizer was adopted to improve deoxidizing capacity, and the inclusion and melt process was simulated, to improve the capacity of refining slat absorb inclusion, the amount of inclusion was decreased and inclusion distribution was improved, the LF, VD refining process was carried out, so that the purity and performance of the roller can be improved.
