摘要
分析了摩擦环铸件材料的特性,研究了浇注温度和冷却条件对铅偏析的影响。试验结果表明:低温快浇和强制水冷可以抑制了铅的偏析,获得均匀细小的铅相弥散分布于铜基体中。依据本试验结果设计的工艺方案,可生产出合格的摩擦环铸件。
The characteristics of friction ring casting material were analyzed and the effect of pouring temperature and cooling condition on lead segregation was studied. The test results show that low temperature rapid pouring and forced water cool can inhibit the segregation of lead and get even fine lead phase in the copper matrix. The qualified friction ring castings can be produced by the process designed on the basis of the experimental results.
