摘要
介绍了铁路货车用E级铸钢钩舌的铸造工艺设计和产品试制。针对试制过程中出现的钩舌内部缩孔缺陷,采用模数分析方法,发现原设计砂型冒口模数小于冒口座模数而导致冒口补缩能力不足,是造成钩舌缩孔缺陷的主要原因。通过优化冒口设计,采用发热冒口,完全消除了钩舌内部缩孔缺陷,有效保证了产品铸造质量和运行安全。
This article introduces the foundry technology design and the trial production of the railway freight car knuckle. The knuckle is made of Grade E cast steel. The calculation of casting modulus shows that the riser pad's modulus is higher than the riser's, which leads to the lack of the riser feeding capacity. And this is the main cause of the shrinkage defects. After the riser was redesigned and using the exothermic riser, the inner defect of the knuckle was eliminated and the casting quality and application safety was enhanced.
