慢性胰腺炎的超声内镜诊断及相关进展 被引量：2

摘要 慢性胰腺炎（chronic pancreatitis，CP）是由各种不同因素造成的以胰腺组织炎性浸润、纤维化、萎缩及钙化为特点的进行性和不可逆性炎症过程，最终导致胰腺内、外分泌功能永久性丧失。由于通过非手术方式获得胰腺组织活检标本相对困难，且尚缺乏组织学诊断标准共识，因此慢性胰腺炎的诊断主要基于风险因素、临床表现、胰腺内、外分泌功能检查以及各种影像学方法。
