摘要
结肠造瘘术是挽救新生儿消化道的急症手术。文章总结了新生儿结肠造瘘的常见手术方法和造瘘部位，在分析袢式造瘘和分离式造瘘特点之外，介绍了新生儿局部麻醉下结肠造瘘方法和腹腔镜应用于结肠造瘘术的经验，并对新生儿结肠造瘘和关瘘并发症进行总结，分析其影响因素，对最常见的结肠套叠脱出的发病原因和治疗方法进行介绍。新生儿结肠造瘘选择分离式造瘘和乙状结肠造瘘相对并发症更少，可能是首选手术方案。
Colostomy is a common emergency procedure for acute intestinal disorders in neonates. This review summarizes all neonatal colostomy operations. After analyzing the characteristics of loop and divided colostomy, neonatal colostomy under local anesthesiology and laparoscopy assistance are discussed. Also postoperative complications and influencing factors of colostomy and stoma closure are elaborated along with the reasons and treatments of prolapse. Divided sigmoid colostomy is ideal for neonatal colorectal disorders.
