西安航天基地公共服务设施体系规划策略

在存量规划背景下,城市公共服务设施用地供给不足及规划定点难的问题在各大城市中普遍存在。文章以西安国家民用航天产业基地为研究对象,从梳理设施体系、筛选存量土地和一站式服务设施配建三个方面出发,阐述了一站式服务设施配建标准及方法,以期解决公共服务设施用地不足和规划实施困难等问题。

Land shortage and site choice difficulty are common problems of public service planning at present. With Xi＇an national aerospace industry base as an example, this paper studies the service facilities configuration standards and methods from general system, land use, and one-stop service provision, so as to solve the current land use and planning problems of public service facilities.
