南宁市城市规划编制工作评估实践

自《城乡规划法》颁布实施以来,有关城市规划评价的工作逐步得到了重视。在新型城镇化和经济新常态背景下,城市规划工作出现了新的变化,因而有必要对以往的规划情况进行总结。文章对南宁市规划管理局成立以来南宁市城市规划编制的情况进行了系统评估,并结合评估中的问题,对今后南宁市城市规划编制工作的开展提出建议,以期为更科学地编制规划提供参考。

With the issue and implement of urban and rural planning law, the plan evaluation has got more attention. Under the new urbanization and new state, urban plan appear some changes, requires some summary about the plan situation. Since the Nanning City Planning Administration Board found, the paper evaluates the plan formulation systemataciall, and puts forward some suggestion, hopes to offer some reference to the formulation work.
