南宁市江南沿江区域发展策略与规划控制

随着城市的拓展,南宁市江南地区的发展逐渐滞后,建设水平与江北地区的差距日益明显。随着珠江—西江经济带上升为国家战略,南宁市提出构建"一江两岸"沿江经济带的目标,江南沿江区域将成为建设的突破口。文章在综合分析了江南沿江区域发展存在问题的基础上,通过借鉴相关案例的经验,提出了江南地区整体发展策略,并建议通过有效的规划管控手段,明晰下层次的规划管控要求,为江南地区未来发展提供了具有针对性的指导意见。

With the urban expand, Jiangnan district develop slow than the Jiangbei district. Following the Zhujiang-Xijiang economic belt become one of national strategies, Nanning put forward the ＂one river, two banks＂ goal, Jiangnan district become the key area. The paper analyzes the development problems, references other experience, puts forward the whole development strategies, and clears the control requirement, guides this district develop.
