欠发达地区城乡统筹规划探析——以安徽省明光市为例

Urban Rural Integrate Planning in Underdeveloped Region: Mingguang, Anhui

城乡统筹是欠发达地区推动城乡一体化、提升城乡发展水平的重要途径,而县城也逐渐成为统筹县域城乡发展的核心。安徽省明光市在借鉴国内部分城市城乡统筹经验的基础上,通过对自身现状和存在问题的剖析,重点从全域空间发展、人口与就业、城乡建设用地、产业布局、生态环境保护和基础设施建设六方面展开城乡统筹工作,推动了其城乡一体化的进程,其实践对我国欠发达地区的城乡统筹工作有一定的借鉴价值。

Urban rural integration is important in improving urban rural development in underdeveloped regions. Counties are becoming the emphasis of urban rural integration. Mingguang city learns integration experience of other cities, analyzes current status and problems, conducts urban rural integration from spatial development, population and employment, urban rural construction land, industrial layout, ecological preservation and infrastructure development, and pushes the progress of urban rural integration.
