新型城镇化下社会型开敞空间规划探索——以广东南海为例

Planning Method of Social-type Open Space under New-Type Urbanization——A Case of Nanhai District,Foshan,Guangdong

国家新型城镇化战略的核心理念是以人为本、公平共享,历经30余年的快速工业化和城市化发展,中国城市空间将更加关注宜居性。合理规划布局城乡开敞空间成为优化城乡空间结构、提升宜居性的重要手段。以佛山市南海区为例,探索高度密集、城乡混杂型地区的社会型开敞空间规划方法。以公众需求调查为基础,提出社会型开敞空间的类型需求、布局和设施配置要求;通过GIS空间分析方法,结合人口分布、城乡交通、公共设施等评估社会型开敞空间的服务价值,提出"五结合"的空间布局思路,对我国城乡开敞空间规划具有重要借鉴意义。

The core conception of New-Type Urbanization is people-oriented and fair-sharing. After going through over 30 years ol industrialization and urbanization, China nowadays pays more attention on livability. And the reasonable planning layout of open space in urban and rural area becomes an hnportant strategy of improving urban structure and promoting livability. This article tries to explore the planning method of social-type open space in area of high density and mixed land utility. Based on public demand survey, the authors figure out the social-type open space classification and infrastructure requirements. By spatial analysis in GIS, tbe spatial layout thinking of ＂Five Combination＂ takes population distribution, urban transportation and public facility into consideration to evaluate the service value of social-type open space whicb is significant to open space planning in China.
