寨卡病毒的文献计量分析

Bibiometric analysis of research papers in the subject of Zika virus

目的从文献计量学角度分析国内外关于寨卡病毒的相关文献。方法以Zika Virus、寨卡病毒等为检索字段,检索Pub Med、Em Base、Web of Science(SCI)中寨卡病毒的相关文献,从1952年第1篇寨卡病毒相关文献报道开始,截至2016年2月。用Endnote X7软件对文献进行分类整理,对文献的发表年份、作者、发表期刊、文章类型、文章主要研究热点等进行分析。结果共纳入文献159篇,其中综述56篇、基础研究54篇、病例分析46篇、回顾性分析3篇。在基础研究中,主要涉及寨卡病毒的病原学特征、病毒的分离、流行病学。病例分析多为近期发表。结论目前对寨卡病毒的研究主要为基础研究,而致病机制及临床应用方面研究较少。

Objective To analyze domestic and foreign literatures about Zika virus from a bibliometric study angle. Methods With ＂Zika virus＂ and ＂ Zika virus＂ as the key words, all literatures were searched on PubMed, SCI and EmBase. The distribution of publication date, article types, research contents, citation frequency were analyzed. The collected literatures started from 1952, first related reports of Zika virus published, to the end of February 2016. The documents were classified using End- note X7 software and by which the publication year, author, journal articles, article types were analyzed. Results A total of 159 litera- tures, 56 were overviews, 54 papers of basic research and 46 articles of case analysis, 3 articles were retrospectively analyzed. The basic researches mainly discuss the etiology characteristic, isolation, epide- miology of Zika virus. Cases analysis were publicated recently. Conclusion The present stu-dies of Zika virus mainly focus on basic research, the pathogenic mechanism and clinical application are rela- tively less.
