“游荡者”——基于平民视角的建成环境研究载体

"Flaneur” A Research Carrier of the Built Environment from a Civilian Perspective

基于"游荡者"理论,结合大数据平台工具及统计方法,通过探究"游荡者"内涵、哲学特性及其认知城市的方式,从基本特性、研究程序与操作手段3方面初步构建基于平民视角、结合意识经验与自然科学理论的研究建成环境的方法,并以此探索北京望京SOHO与银河SOHO室外空间的平民化特征,借以重新理解此类非线性、超尺度综合体创造的城市公共空间;最后,再次强调"游荡者"作为研究载体对于建成环境设计与更新的意义,以及新常态下改善当前中国城市顽疾的价值。

Based on the theory of Flaneur, the paper uses the tools of big data and statistics to explore the connotation, philosophical features and the way of recognizing the city of ＂Fl^neur＂. It ventures at a methodology consisting of civilian perspective, empirical study and scientific theories to study the built environment, in three regards including principal characteristics, research procedures and operative means. On this basis, it examines the outdoor space of Galaxy SOHO and WangJing SOHO in Beijing to ruminate on the urban space created by urban complexes of non-linearity and super scale, in the conclusion, it reiterates the benefit of＂Flaneur＂ as a research carrier to study the built environment and urban renewal, and pinpoints the value of solving Chinese urban problems under the New Normal.
