摘要
在当今全球市场经济以及环保新标准不断出台的大环境下,众钢铁企业既要满足国家要求的排放标准,同时又要响应国家"节能减排、负能炼钢"政策,所以在炼钢工艺上面的优化创效迫在眉睫;本文主要介绍本人在柳钢转炉厂湿改干(即将OG湿法改造为LT干法)技改工程(三条120t转炉系统和三条150t转炉系统)上探究并应用的一种新型工艺——粗灰回炉利用工艺,以及一种新的设计应用——新型香蕉弯,此种新工艺不仅有效减少了塔楼内EC粗灰输灰系统方面的投入,最小化了EC粗灰输灰系统的故障率,而且在粗灰转运方面为零投入,另外最重要的一点是粗灰回炉直接降低了钢铁料耗。

This article mainly introduces The Process for recycled coarse ash and a kind of new design application New banana bend in the Technology renovation project (Three 3x120t converter system and Three 3x 150t converter system) of wet process to dry process( OG wet process to LT dry process ) in converter of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group, The process is not only reduce the input of EC coarse ash conveying system, Minimize the failure rate of EC coarse ash conveying system, But also zero input in coarse ash transportation, In addition, the most important point is the direct reduction of Iron and steel material consumption.
