钛白废酸提钪工艺中除钛的研究 被引量:6

Removal of Titanium in Process of Scandium Extraction from Titanium Dioxide Waste Acid

摘要 在钛白废酸中,钛量约是钪的500倍。因此,在提钪工艺中,除钛是关键,常见的方法是萃取法。实验研究表明,在硫酸加双氧水除钛方法中,当洗液中硫酸酸度为6 mol/L,双氧水含量为4%,洗涤温度为70℃,搅拌时间为25分钟,洗涤段为6级,洗涤相比O/A=3∶1时,负载有机相中钛的去除率为99.67%,且洗涤过程中钪未损失。 In titanium dioxide waste acid, the titanium content is about 500 times of scandium. At the process of scandi- um extraction, therefore, the removal method of titanium is the key technology. Common method is extraction. The experimental results showed that the removal rate of titanium in organic phase was 99.67% and no lose of scandium in the extraction process with sulfuric acid acidity of 6 mol/L, content of hydrogen peroxide 4% in the lotion, washing temperature 70℃ and stirring for 25 minutes in the phase ratio O/A of 3 : 1 when washing period of six series.
