摘要
共轭双烯烃聚合是高分子工业中重要的组成部分,是合成橡胶工业的基础。稀土金属催化体系是制备高顺式聚共轭双烯的主要体系之一,与锂系和钛系催化体系相比具有独特的优势。随着对稀土金属催化共轭双烯聚合的深入研究,人们的视野从以前的非均相催化体系,逐渐过渡到均相或准均相催化体系,并且可以实现对聚合物分子量和分子量分布的有效调控。本文基于最近十几年的研究工作,以催化剂结构为主线,从三个方面综述了稀土金属体系催化共轭双烯高顺式聚合的研究。
The polymerization of 1,3-conjugated dienes is the important part of polymer industry, and the fundamental el- ement of synthetic rubber industry. Rare-earth-metal system is one of the most popular catalyst systems which conduct c/s-1,4- polymerization of 1,3-conjugated dienes. Comparing with Li-system and Ti-system, rare-earth-metal system has unique advan- tages. With the further research, the research field of rare-earth-metal systems extended from heterogeneous systems to homo- geneous systems or quasi-homogeneous systems. Different kinds of poly (dienes) with required molecular weight and molecular weight distribution could be made. With survey the publications during the past decade, the rare-earth-metal catalyst systems for conjugated dienes polymerization, which were classified into three parts, are reviewed in this article.
