摘要
目的分析在护理质量管理中应用感动服务的临床效果。方法选择2014年12月至2015年12月我院未实施感动服务期间收治的患者60例为对照组,选取2015年1月至2016年1月实施感动服务后收治的60例患者为观察组,对两组护理质量与护理满意度进行分析。结果观察组护理质量评分为(95±3.6)分,明显比对照组的(71±4.1)分高,观察组护理满意度为98.3%,明显比对照组的80%高,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将感动服务应用到护理质量管理中,能够使护理质量得到有效提升,进而提升患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To analyses moved in nursing quality management application service of clinical effect. Methods Choose between December 2014 and December 2015, our hospital patients who were not moved implementation service 60 cases as control group, choose between January 2015 and January 2016 implementation of 60 patients as observation group after touching service, analyze the two groups of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction. Results The observation group (95±3.6) for nursing quality score points, obviously is higher than the control group (71±4.1)points, observation group nursing satisfaction was 98.3%, significantly higher than in the control group 80%, the difference has statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Apply moving services to nursing quality management, can effectively improve quality of care, and raise the satisfaction of the patients to nursing work.
