摘要
目的研究综合护理干预在面部痤疮患者行LED红蓝光照射辅助治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选取2013年1月至2016年1月本防治所收治的应用LED红蓝光照射辅组治疗的面部痤疮患者86例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者采用综合护理,对照组采用常规护理。结果观察组患者的临床效果明显优于对照组,且P<0.05,差异有统计学价值。结论 LED红蓝光照射辅助治疗面部痤疮患者实施综合护理后可显著提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To study the clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of facial acne patients with LED red and blue light. Methods A total of 2013 to 2016 January in January, prevention and treatment of this from application of red and blue LED irradiation auxiliary treatment of facial acne patients of 86 cases were randomly divided the into the observation group and the control group, the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing, the control group received routine nursing care. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion LED red and blue light irradiation assisted treatment of facial acne can significantly improve the clinical treatment.
