目的探讨小剂量他巴唑治疗老年亚临床甲亢患者临床治疗效果。方法随机选取自2015年2月至2015年12月老年亚临床甲亢患者70例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予甲亢平卡比马唑片治疗,观察组给予小剂量他巴唑治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,对照组治疗总有效率为77.14%,两组结果对比差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.59,P<0.05)。结论老年亚临床甲亢患者采用小剂量他巴唑治疗疗效较好,能够明显改善患者的临床症状,无明显不良反应,安全性较好,可临床进一步推广。
