探析化学发光免疫检测在生化检验中的应用效果

Application Analysis of Chemiluminescence Immune Detection in the Biochemical Test

目的探讨化学发光免疫检测在生化检验中的应用效果。方法随机将118例甲状腺肿瘤患者分成对照组和实验组,每组各59例,对照组患者选择放射免疫分析法,实验组患者选择化学发光免疫检测法。结果在特异性、灵敏度、检测符合率以及甲状腺球蛋白水平方面,实验组患者均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论化学发光免疫检测法的准确性和灵敏度较高,在诊断和治疗各类疾病时具有非常显著的效果,对于临床疾病的正确诊断非常重要,具有临床推广价值和应用价值。

Objective To study the chemical luminescence immune detection application in the biochemical test results; Methods Randomly divide 118 cases of thyroid cancer patients into control group and experimental group, 59 cases in each group, control group patients choose radioimmunity analytic method, the experimental group patients choose chemiluminescence immunoassays. Results The specificity, sensitivity, detection of coincidence rate and thyroglobulin level, the experimental group patients were significantly higher than the control group patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chemiluminescence immune sensitivity is higher, and the accuracy of test in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases has very significant effect, is important for accurate diagnosis of clinical disease, has clinical value and application value.
