孕早期空腹血糖联合体质量指数对妊娠期糖尿病的预测评估

Prediction of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus with Fasting Blood Glucose Combined with Body Mass Index during Early Pregnancy

目的讨论妊娠早期筛查空腹血糖联合体质量指数对妊娠期糖尿病的预测评估。方法选取2014年5月至2015年5月650例来我院建立保健手册做产前检查的孕妇,650例孕妇均于孕10～12周筛查空腹血糖及体质量指数。孕24周行75 g葡萄糖OGTT实验,确诊妊娠期糖尿病者95例作为GDM组,妊娠期非糖尿病555例作为正常组,观察两组空腹血糖水平及体质量指数。结果 650例孕妇确诊妊娠期糖尿病患者孕早期空腹血糖水平及体质量指数明显高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论孕早期检查空腹血糖联合体质量指数的评估对妊娠期糖尿病预测具有重要意义,方便可靠,对妊娠期糖尿病高危人群早期发现早期筛查具有指导性意义。

Objective To investigate the predictive risk assessment of fasting blood glucose and BMI in early pregnancy screening for gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Chose 650 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 to do prenatal examination, observe 10 to 12 weeks of pregnancy screening fasting blood glucose and BMI, after 24 weeks from pregnancy, 75 g glucose OGTT was performed in cases, and 95 cases were diagnosed with gestational diabetes as GDM group. 555 cases who were diagnosed with non- gestational diabetes mellitus as normal group. Observe the fasting blood glucose levels and BMI of two groups. Results Fasting blood glucose levels and BMI of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The evaluation of fasting blood glucose and BMI in early pregnancy has important significance for the prediction of gestational diabetes mellitus, which is convenient and reliable, and is of guiding significance for the early screening of high risk population who has the high risk of gestational diabetes mellitus.
