对孕11^(+0)~13^(+6)周胎儿静脉导管检出的临床价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的检查和发现孕11^(+0)~13^(+6)周胎儿静脉导管,早孕期诊断静脉导管缺如。方法对409例早期妊娠孕妇进行检查,测量颈项透明层厚度和静脉导管,发现静脉导管缺如胎儿,并进行随访观察。结果共检出6例静脉导管缺如胎儿,3例除静脉导管缺如外未见其他异常,2例胎儿合并先天性心脏病,1例经染色体核型分析为Turner综合征。结论静脉导管缺如胎儿的预后取决于测量颈项透明层的厚度,如果颈项透明层增厚则提示预后不良,如果颈项透明层厚度正常,则预后良好。
