T-scanⅡ在老年患者活动义齿咬重建中的临床研究

The Clinical Research of T-scan Ⅱ in Elderly Patients with Denture Occlusion Reconstruction

目的经T-scanⅡ咬分析及咀嚼效率,评价老年患者咬重建活动义齿修复后的咬改善情况。方法选取需咬重建的老年肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损患者20例,进行咬重建活动义齿修复,修复后3、6、12个月,进行T-scanⅡ咬力计检测咬情况。结果经T-scanⅡ调整后的老年咬重建患者与调整前对比,咀嚼效率及咬力变化具有统计学差异(P<0.05),且多数患者较满意。结论老年咬重建修复患者通过T-scanⅡ咬力计调整后,能明显改善其咀嚼效率,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss of clinical research T-scanⅡ in elderly patients of activities denture reconstruction. Methods The 20 patients who diagnosis of old Ken＇s class Ⅰ dentition defect were treated with occlusal denture reconstruction activities. After 0, 3, 6 months, all cases were measured and analyzed by application of the T-scanⅡ system. Results The masticatory efficiency and occlusal force had statistically significant before and after occlusal adjustment used by T-scanⅡ occlusal analysis system（P0.05）, and most patients were satisfactory. Conclusion The elderly patients with occlusal reconstruction can significantly improve the chewing efficiency by T-scanⅡ occlusal after adjustment, and it is worth clinical promotion.
