摘要
为减轻秸秆生物反应堆作业的强度,研制基于微型棚室耕作机的棚室开沟机。详细介绍开沟机的总体设计方案、关键部件的设计思路及主要技术参数。样机作业试验表明,作业深度最大可达400 mm,可达到生物秸秆反应堆的技术要求。
In order to reduce the working strength of straw bio-reactor, shed room ditching machine based on miniature shed room tiller was developed. This paper made a detailed introduction of the total design scheme for ditching machine, the design thought of critical component and the main technical parameters. The experiment of prototype working showed that the working depth could be up to400 mm, and could meet the technical requirements of straw bio-reactor.
