摘要
为探索有效的校企合作人才培养模式,以辽宁职业学院作物生产技术专业校中厂校企合作人才培养模式的设计与实施为例,总结实施过程中存在的主要问题,提出切实可行的改进建议,为校中厂校企合作人才培养模式改进提供参考。
In order to explore the effective talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper, taking the design and implementation of the talent training mode ofschool-enterprise cooperation in crop production technology specialty of Liaoning Vocational College as an example, summarized the problems in the process of implementation, The author put forward feasible suggestions for the improvement of the school-enterprise cooperation talent training model.
