磁敏感加权成像在脑微出血诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究分析磁敏感加权成像在脑微出血诊断中的应用价值,为临床治疗提供参考根据;方法选取我院2014年12月至2016年3月收治的经MRI确诊为脑微出血的患者50例作为此次研究对象。所有患者均进行T1WI、T2WI以及磁敏感加权成像(SWI)扫描,对比不同种扫描方法在脑微出血诊断中的应用效果;结果经MRI诊断,所有患者中单发11个,多发39个,总共发现487个病灶,多集中在皮层、皮层下以及基底节区;用T1WI扫描总共发现213个病灶,检出率为43.7%,用T2WI扫描总共发现261个病灶,检出率为53.6%,而SWI扫描到487个病灶,检出率为100%,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05);使用SWI扫描到的病灶主要呈现出点状、圆形低信号,病变的范围要大于常规序列;结论临床诊断脑微出血的时候,利用磁敏感加权成像扫描方法,检出率高,同时有着很高的敏感性,相对于常规的MRI序列诊断效果更佳。
