寒地水稻花培技术研究及其在育种中的应用

Technical Research Application in Anther Culture Breeding of Rice in Cold Region

水稻花培技术即水稻的花药离体培养技术,该技术主要步骤包括,接种材料的确定及低温处理;花药接种及去分化培养;再分化培养及壮苗培养。应用寒地粳稻花培育种先后育成了16个品种,其中龙粳31为全国单年种植面积最大的粳稻品种,并获得黑龙江省农业科技进步一等奖。因此,在今后的寒地水稻育种工作中仍需将花培育种及常规育种相结合。

The technology in anther culture breeding of rice was vitro culture technique of anther, the main processes include the ascertain of inoculation material and low-temperature treatment, excised anther and dedifferentiation, redifferentiation and raising strong seedlings. 16 rice varieties were bred by using rice anther culture breeding of cold region, among them, Longjing-31 was the Japonica rice variety which was the nation＇s largest for a single year and it obtained first prize of agricultural science and technology in Heilongjiang. So, it pointed us to the right direction on the combination of rice anther culture breeding and conventional breeding.
