摘要
从噪声原理、国家标准对噪声源进行了阐述,结合长沙市轨道交通2号线列车司机室内噪声振动测试情况,利用CALIPRI轮轨外形检测仪对轮轨进行检查,并通过Matlab软件对列车1轴左轮建立轮轨振动模型进行振动频谱分析。结果表明,当列车以80 km/h速度级运行时,轮对周向磨损和轨道波磨是造成司机室噪声增大的主要原因;车轮形状发生改变是引起轮轨滚动噪声和钢轨振动噪声的直接原因。
Theories on noise principle and requirements of national standards for metro noise are described. According to the noise and vibration testing in vehicle driver's cab on Changsha metro Line 2, CALIPRI wheel/rail profile tester is used to inspect the wheel/ rail condition, and through software Matlab,a wheel/rail vibration model based of the left wheel of the first shaft is built for vibration spectrum analysis. The result shows the circumferential wear of wheel and track abrasion is the main reason for the increase of cab noise, and wheel shape changes are the direct reason for wheel/rail rolling noise and rail vibration noise.
