一种基于DSP的半桥数字开关电源设计

摘要 针对正激变换器变压器磁复位需要增加铁心复磁电路,电压应力高;反激式变换器峰值电流较大,输出电压纹波大等问题。文中设计了一款基于DSP的半桥数字开关电源,提出了一种新型的正反激开关电源拓扑,介绍了主电路工作原理,并以TMS320LF2407A DSP芯片为核心,完成了系统硬件电路设计及软件数字PID算法。实验结果表明,该设计软硬件设计合理,实现了数字化采样、运算、控制输出等功能。 According to the forward converter transformer reset need increase the core complex magnetic circuit, existence the problem of high voltage stress;There are also some defects with the flyback converter, such as the peak current is large and high output voltage ripple. This paper introduces the design of a half bridge switching power sup- ply based on digital DSP . The design proposed a new model of forward and flyback switching power supply, intro- duced the working principle of the main circuit, using TMS320LF2407A Digital Signal Processor as the core . The hardware circuit design and software digital PID algorithm are accomplished, and the functions of digital sampling, operation and control are realized.
