半导体激光辅助花岗岩钻孔的研究

摘要 为了研究在激光辅热作用下影响花岗岩钻孔深度的相关参数。采用500 W半导体激光器对花岗岩进行加热后钻孔处理,研究了气压大小、激光功率、光斑大小、钻头类型对钻孔深度的影响。实验结果表明,激光功率是影响钻孔深度的重要参数,且钻孔深度随激光功率的增加而增加;在功率达到峰值,气压大小为0.05 MPa,光斑直径略大于钻头直径,采用钨钢刀片进行钻孔时可获得最大钻孔深度。 In this paper, in order to study related parameters of effecting drilling hole depth of granite. The granite is drilled after heating by Semiconductor laser device whose maximum power is 500 W, the work studied the infl - uence of pressure size, laser power, spot size, bit type on the depth of borehole. The results showed that the laser power in the drilling depth is an important parameter. With the increase of laser power, the depth of borehole has been significantly increased. When laser power is peak, pressure size is 0.05 MPa, spot size is slightly bigger than the diameter of the drill bit, drill bit type is tungsten steel blade. Drilling depth is maximum.
