摘要
以杜仲籽为原料,采用丙酮萃取杜仲籽,经进一步处理得杜仲树脂和杜仲籽油。以杜仲树脂和杜仲籽油提取效率为考察指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定丙酮萃取最佳工艺条件为萃取温度50℃、料液比1∶4、原料粉碎度50目、萃取时间40 min。在最佳工艺条件下,杜仲树脂及杜仲籽油提取效率分别为77.02%和78.06%。
The eucommia seeds were extracted by acetone, and then further treated to obtain eucommia resin and eucommia seed oil.
