两种前处理方法测定植物油中砷含量的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过优化两种前处理方法干灰化法和微波消解法,利用原子荧光光度计进行植物油中砷含量测定;进行了砷加标回收率实验、重复性实验和对比实验。结果表明:干灰化法的加标回收率为85%-91%,RSD为2.9%~3.6%;微波消解法的加标回收率为85%-103%,RSD为0.8%~3.9%;两种方法的回收率和重复性良好,均满足方法学要求;两种方法对同一植物油测出的砷含量结果与第三方检测机构(GB/T5009.11-2003)测出的结果基本一致,说明这两种方法检测砷含量结果准确,都能较好地应用于植物油中砷合量的测定。 Through the optimization of two kinds of pretreatment methods dry ashing method and microwave digestion method, arsenic content in vegetable oil was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The recovery experiment of arsenic standard addition, repeatability experiment and contrast experiment were performed. The results showed that the ashing method were 85% -91% and 2.9% -3.6% recovery rate of standard addition and RSD of dry , respectively. The recovery rate of standard addition and RSD of microwave digestion method were 85% -103% and 0.8% -3.9% ,respectively. The recovery rate and repeatability of those two methods were preferable and both could satisfy the requirements of methodology. The results of arsenic content determined in the same vegetable oil by the two kinds of experiment methods were in basic consistent with the results announced by the third party detection agency (GB/T 5009.11--2003) ,which indicated that the results of arsenic content determined by the two methods were accurate and the two methods could be applied in the determination of arsenic content in vegetable oil.
