统计分析在支柱绝缘子振动信号识别中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 支柱绝缘子的振动声学检测结果评定需要与缺陷样品振动信号进行比对,缺陷样品的特征可能影响判定结果。分析了支柱绝缘子物理特性和运行经验,提出支柱绝缘子振动信号分布规律的假设,并用统计方法分析实测振动信号的分布并验证了假设。基于信号的统计分布规律制定了识别异常支柱绝缘子的方法,并通过超声和射线检测方法验证了异常绝缘子中存在的缺陷。 The vibration acoustic detection results of the post insulator need to be compared with signals of defect samples, the characteristics of the defect samples may affect the result of the determination. The physical properties and operating experience of the post insulator are analyzed, the hypothesis of vibration signal distribution of the post insulate is presented. The hypothesis is proved by analyzing the distribution feature of actual measured vibration signals of the post insulator with statistics method. The method of identifying the abnormal the post insulator is developed by using the signal statistical distribution law, and the defect of abnormal insulator is proved by ultrasonic and X-ray inspection method.
