原油常减压蒸馏装置仿真培训系统设计 被引量:5

摘要 设计仿真培训系统是操作人员技能培训的现代化手段。由于石油属于组分不可数的复杂体系,常减压蒸馏又是多侧线、带汽提的分离过程,对仿真数学模型的建立带来较大的难度。以某炼油厂250万吨常减压生产装置设计数据和生产数据为基础,针对以上问题,采用假组分的方法,利用半经验半机理模型开发了常减压蒸馏装置仿真培训系统。经动态仿真测试,上述常减压仿真培训系统兼顾了模型的机理性和仿真的实时性,可以较好地模拟装置开停车过程、正常工况和事故状态下的参数变化和动态响应,仿真结果和设计数据符合较好,主要工艺参数误差小于5%,具有较高的实际意义和应用价值。 Simulation training system becomes a modem means of operation personnel training. As oil is an uncountable complex system components, atmospheric and vacuum distillation is more lateral line, the separation process with stripping bring difficulties to simulation mathematical model establishment. With a refinery crude distillation production device on the basis of design data and production data, and based on pseudo - components, a half experienceand half mechanism model was adopted to solve above problems. A simulation training system was developed. Through dynamic simulation test, this set of atmospheric and vacuum simulation training system with both the intellectual and the simulation model of the machine of real - time, can open parking process, real - time simulation of dynamic phenomenon in normal condition and accident situation. Simulation results and the design data in line with the good, main technological parameter error is less than 5% ,and have high practical significance and application value.
