大规模网络通信中容量准确估计仿真研究

摘要 对大规模网络通信中容量进行准确估计,可减少不必要的通信能耗,提高网络通讯的效果。进行容量估计时,需要对网络有效覆盖率及节点间的通信能耗进行计算,利用选择最优节点对容量估计问题进行寻优,但是传统方法对节点进行分区处理,将不同类别的节点设定不同的阈值,依据阈值描述大规模网络节点覆盖问题,完成大规模网络容量估计,但传统方法不能对容量估计的最优解进行计算,降低了容量估计的准确性。提出粒子群优化的大规模网络通信中容量准确估计方法。先融合于自适应调节理论,计算大规模网络有效覆盖率及网络中各节点间的通信能耗,给出网络当前状态下的最优节点选择方案,并将容量估计转换为网络节点的最优选取问题,利用粒子群原理对该问题进行求解,完成大规模网络通信中容量准确估计方法的改进,仿真结果表明,提出的方法具有良好的全局最优解能力,收敛性较强,能够有效地完成大规模网络通信中容量估计,且估计结果较为准确。 In this paper, we proposed an accurate estimation method of capacity in large -scale network based on particle swarm optimization. Firstly, the we calculated the communication energy consumption among nodes and effective coverage rate of large - scale network integrated with self - adaptive adjustment. Then we gave out the current optimal node selection scheme of network and converted the capacity estimation into the optimal selection problem of network node. Moreover, we calculated the problem using the particle swarm theory. Finally, we completed the improvement on accurate estimation method of capacity in large - scale network communication. The simulation results show that the method has better ability of globally optimal solution and higher convergence property. It can complete the capacity estimation effectively and the estimation result is more accurate.
