临床护理路径在腰椎椎管狭窄症患者中的应用探讨

Application Study of Clinical Nursing Pathway for Patients with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Disease

目的探讨临床护理路径在腰椎椎管狭窄症患者中的临床应用效果。方法 2014年4月至2016年4月收治的腰椎椎管狭窄症患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。观察组采用临床护理路径指导的护理模式,对照组采用传统医疗护理模式。比较两组患者的住院天数、住院费用及患者的满意度和健康教育知识掌握情况。结果观察组在住院天数、住院费用、患者满意度和健康教育知识掌握情况均优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径模式可提高腰椎椎管狭窄症患者的满意度和对健康教育知识的掌握情况,缩短住院时间、减少住院费用,优于传统的护理模式,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the practical effect of clinical nursing path on patients with lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods 100 cases of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis from April 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two group （the observation group and the control group）. The observation group were undergone the nursing model guided by clinical nursing path, the control group were adopted the traditional medical care. The hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses and patient satisfaction and health education knowledge of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The observation group is better than control in hospitalization days, hospitalization costs, the patients satisfaction and health education knowledge, showing significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing path could improve the satisfaction degree and knowledge of the health education for the patients with lumbar spinal stenosis. It also could shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the hospitalization expenses at the same time, which was superior tO the traditional nursing mode.
